WellWorld Consulting was founded in 2016 by Dr. Fikry Isaac. Dr. Isaac was formerly Vice President of ​Global Health Services for Johnson & Johnson and the Chief Medical Officer of Johnson & Johnson Health & Wellness Solutions. During his time at J&J, Dr. Isaac developed and led initiatives to improve the health, productivity, and performance of over 128,000 global employees.
